The moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcomed me like family. The bed felt like a cloud, making it the perfect stop after a tiring drive.

Unfortunately, my room was not ready upon check-in time, and I had to wait longer than expected. A complimentary drink would have eased the wait quite a bit.

My stay was better than before in woodland. The room was spacious, and the breakfast had a good variety of hot options, like freshly made waffles. Everything exceeded my expectations and made the holiday enjoyable.

We were traveling from Salem, OR to San Diego, CA and chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the freeway. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, which made for a decent overnight stay. I appreciated the hearty coffee and the breakfast options they offered, which helped fuel us for our journey. However, we faced a bit of a delay at check-in, which was a little disappointing after our long drive.

Plus, the breakfast spread had all the good stuff, like freshly made waffles! Gotta give it up for the spacious room and cozy vibes too.

On the flip side, we had a bumpy start—a broken toilet taped up with electrical tape? Yikes!

The first room's air conditioning was broken, and it took forever to get moved to another room. The replacement room was still not up to standard, as there was no shower gel in the dispenser. Plus, I was startled when housekeeping barged in without knocking while my wife was in the shower!
